Honey Gin Negroni:
1 oz Sfumato, Cynar, or Campari
1 oz Honey Gin
1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
-Serve over ice with orange peel garnish

Bee’s Knees:
2 oz Honey Gin
¾ oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
½ oz Honey Syrup (1 part honey, 1 part water)
-Serve over ice with a lemon peel garnish

Honey Gin Alexander:
2 oz Honey Gin
2 oz White Crème De Cacao
2 oz Fresh Cream
-Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with grated nutmeg or chocolate

Honey Gin Rickey:
2 oz Honey Gin
4 oz Sparkling Water
Juice From Half A Lime
-Pour over ice into a highball glass, garnish with squeezed lime shell

Salty Dog:
2 oz Honey Gin
4 oz Grapefruit Juice
-Serve over ice in a salt rimmed glass, or add a pinch of salt

Honey Gin Sling:
1.5 oz Honey Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Dash Bitters
4 oz Club Soda
-Shake with ice and pour into ice filled highball glass, garnish with lemon twist

Floradora:
1.5 oz Honey Gin
½ oz Chambord
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz Ginger Ale/Beer
-Mix in highball glass with ice, garnish with lime wedge

Honey Gin Aviation:
2 oz Honey Gin
½ oz Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
¼ oz Crème de violette or Crème Yvette
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
-Shake with ice, strain into cocktail glass, garnish with brandied cherry or Luxardo cherry

Melgin Sparkler:
1.5 oz Honey Gin
2.5 oz Natural Spirits Cantaloupe Cream Liqueur
4 oz Mineral Water
Pinch Sea Salt
-Mix well and serve over ice
